Thank you Fathi. Tried that one earlier this week.

Unfortunately it only fixes the issue in packaged bundles. It breaks the
bundling and prevents people who do have copies of the .po from doing
the initial translation.

I have a slightly different patch in testing right now that will
hopefully fix both.
