Apart from body processing related things, then patch contains proper
detection of client aborts (when possible).

It also makes support for client-side half-closes a runtime configurable
option. Most people have none (or very few) clients that use half-close,
and may wish to disable the support to gain quicker abort detection
(especially important when a high-traffic server stops to respond on
HTTP calls).
